We are looking for experienced Recruiters/Account Managers/Business Development Managers for our offices in Switzerland (Zug) and Germany (Mainz), who would work across Hadron’s multiple Geographies, focusing on all IT & Pharma Executive search business. You should have a strong background understanding of Recruitment Agency organizations and the various functions associated with them. As a part of your role, you are expected to:

Recruitment:
• Create job descriptions based on the hiring needs of the customer as well as advertise the jobs in the appropriate channels
• Identify and recruit candidates through advertising, job boards, social media and networking
• Review employment applications and interview applicants to evaluate suitability with the outlined requirements, compensation and company culture
• Actively pursue and recruit passive candidates

Account Management:
• Maintain a good relationship with existing clients
• Discuss with hiring managers and HR department to identify staffing needs, requirements specification, qualifications, and skills
• Transfer of information to the Recruitment team to help them in finding the best candidates across roles
• Become the single point in contact between the Client, Candidates and the Recruitment Team

Business Development:
• Identify companies and acquire customers for the business
• Discuss with Clients hiring managers and HR department to identify staffing needs, requirements specification, qualifications, and skills
• Gain and maintain the required business knowledge of various businesses verticals, allowing for targeted and successful recruiting, a strong understanding of market conditions and salary benchmarking
• Actively develop and maintain a professional network to assist in the outreach and sourcing of qualified candidates.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Assist in background checks
• Participate in job fairs, develop and maintain contacts with Universities, minority organizations, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent experience considered.
• Two plus years recruiting, business development, Account Management and/or HR functions.
• Domain knowledge - Technology/Pharma recruiting experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills with an excellent phone-presence
• A proven track-record of full life cycle recruiting along with high offer acceptance rates.
• Experience developing strategic and tactical plans for customer acquisition and recruiting needs.
• Skilled at developing and implementing creative recruiting solutions
• Must be proficient with recruitment tools, MS Office and social media platforms
• Experience in BEIs
• Comfortable performing multi-faceted tasks in conjunction with day to day activities
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written skills
• Ability to maintain safeguards of confidential company information
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, and flexible
• Ability to establish credibility and be decisive but able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities
• Resourceful and well organized.
